The plain-English terms for every repair booking.
Draft template — this content must be reviewed and completed by a qualified UK legal professional before launch. It is not legal advice.
Prices shown at booking are estimates based on your description. The final price is confirmed after inspection. If it changes, work pauses until you approve or decline via the secure link we send. If you decline, we return the device; a diagnostic fee may apply where stated at booking.
Back up your device before any repair — some repairs require a reset and we can't guarantee data preservation. Remove account locks (Find My iPhone, Google lock) before the repair; we can't work on locked devices. Passcodes you optionally provide are stored encrypted, restricted to the assigned technician, and access-logged.
Part quality options are shown where available (genuine, original-quality, aftermarket). Repairs carry a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship as described on the Warranty page.
Devices not collected within 90 days of a completion notice may be disposed of or recycled after reasonable attempts to contact you, in line with applicable law.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Pre-existing faults, hidden damage (e.g. prior liquid exposure) and board-level degradation may affect repairability and are assessed at inspection.
